  Myself, My son and his girlfriend booked trip and we’re given an address for the meeting location. We took an UBER to the location which ended up in the... read more middle of nowhere land. I called the number and the captain said I need to meet him off I-75. I requested his gps location and it was 35 minutes away. It all sounded “fishy” and made me very uncomfortable with his whole demeanor and being agitated. I’m from Indy and not familiar with this area at all. The UBER driver was helpful but was a little impatient and needed us to decide. I told him to take us back to Orlando. I called the driver and said that we are not attending due to the erroneous meeting location and other safety concerns.
I emailed the people for my refund but they never refunded my money and said I canceled so no refund. I bought 3 fishing licenses and would have been on the boat if they gave me a legitimate address.
I’m going to as Trip Advisor for the refund and then AMEX.
I would NOT recommend this fishing agency !!!!!!!!!!!
